My regular sound baths held in the beautiful Subud Hall in Brecon (LD3 7HH) give the opportunity once a month for an hour of deep relaxation created with the power of sound.

This sonic immersion can both cleanse and stimulate to bring balance and harmony for mind, body and spirit.

You will need to bring along a blanket and a mat.

I normally advise people to lie on the floor for the class as this often produces a deeper relaxed state. However, it is important that you feel comfortable during the 50 minute session so if you prefer to sit on a chair you will still reap the benefits from the sonic immersion.
